Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to assembling high-quality products. You will follow work instructions, meet production goals, and maintain a safe, clean work area using Lean tools.

We offer training, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Ann Arbor, MI. The role requires reliability and the ability to work Friday–Sunday shifts from 6:00am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
