Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to support our manufacturing team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will follow work instructions to assemble products, perform basic math, read tape measurements, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliable, detail-oriented teammates who can operate equipment safely, complete paperwork accurately, and contribute to lean manufacturing goals. Training provided; prior experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Operate equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attend to attendance and reliability requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
