Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care under RN supervision, including ADL tasks.
• Document and report vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition.
• Prepare patient rooms, maintain safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Respond to patient/family needs and ensure timely rounds.
• Follow infection prevention standards and confidentiality requirements.
