Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct, non-invasive bedside care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, aligning with our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include basic patient care, vital signs, feeding, hygiene, safety, and infection prevention, with timely communication to the nursing team. A high school diploma or GED and current BLS are required. EMT/CNA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care: bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming.
• Record vital signs and intake/output accurately.
• Assist with transfers and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and equipment; respond to requests promptly.
