Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Records vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens.
• Assists with admissions and maintains clean, safe patient rooms.
• Reports changes to nursing staff and responds to patient/family calls.
• Maintains safety and infection prevention standards and proper body mechanics.
