Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct bedside care under RN supervision in our hospital setting. You will help with daily activities, monitor patients, and support a safe and healing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current BLS, and preferred experience in inpatient care. Strong communication and infection prevention practices are essential to maintain patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, weights and specimens.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics and safe handling.
• Report changes to nursing staff and assist with patient admissions, rounds, and environment safety.
