UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Patient Care Technician II to join our caregiving team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed supervision, support the nursing staff, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and current BLS, with prior PCT experience. Expect collaborative teamwork, shift-based scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• High school education or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Demonstrated competency as PCT I with 800 hours and 6 months of PCT I experience.

Mansioni

• Provide patient care under licensed clinician direction and support RN observation.
• Maintain safe environment, de-escalate when needed, and assist in patient transfers.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor vital signs and patient comfort.
• Perform routine unit duties and ensure clear communication with the care team.
