Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the patient admission process.
• Answers patient intercom and routes requests to appropriate staff.
• Arranges patient transportation to outside agencies.
• Coordinates facilities information and tracks requests to ensure completion.
• Maintains and signs patient records according to policy.
• Input patient charges and assist in orientation of new staff.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
