Job summary

Baysiderehabilitation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for the 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift to oversee medication delivery and treatments, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides, and ensure high-quality resident care. You must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing, with IV certification for LPNs and ALS/BLS certification.

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• LPN must have IV certification.
• ALS/BLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
