Job summary

Kerem Health's Skilled Nursing Facility in Pensacola is seeking RN Supervisors for weekend shifts (7A–7P and 7P–7A) and 8-hour weekday shifts. The role directs and coordinates nursing units, ensuring compassionate resident care and high standards of practice.

Ideal candidates will be licensed RNs in Florida, with Long Term Care experience and prior supervisory responsibility. You will orient staff, manage daily staffing, and act as liaison with residents and families to uphold care quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) at time of interview.
• Previous RN experience in Long Term Care is required.
• Previous Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
• Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
• Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
• Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
• Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
• Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
