Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on evening shift in Pensacola, FL. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures compliance with all regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will oversee care plans, rounds, and daily activities, and provide direct support when necessary. A BSN is preferred and CPR/BLS certification is required with an active RN license in Florida.

Qualifications

• RN supervision responsibilities including care planning and regulation compliance.
• Ability to assess residents on admission and changes.
• Conduct rounds and oversee day-to-day nursing activities.
• Provide direct resident care when needed, including activities of daily living, meals, medications and treatment administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated resident care.
• Assess residents upon admission and as conditions change.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care including ADLs and meds.
