Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ballinger, TX. The role involves installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems to keep production running smoothly.

You will monitor performance, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant maintenance experience; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Trade certifications for electrical, mechanical systems preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 1–3 years related maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety rules for hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Install and repair electrical equipment, motors, transformers, and switchboards.
• Use welding equipment for layout and fabrication, including jig making.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect machinery to ensure product quality and act on maintenance needs.
• Support building repairs and assist in maintenance projects as needed.
