Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Maintenance II Technician to provide comprehensive interior and exterior upkeep across the property, including hotel, casino, retail, and back-of-house areas. You will perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and remodeling tasks while complying with PGCB rules and Wind Creek standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in facilities/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and in uniform, document assignments in Facilities Dude.
• Perform daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, furniture; touch-ups across property.
• Repaint curbs, traffic stripes and signs; maintain fences, light standards and canopies.
• Repair and repaint exterior structures and doors; handle remodeling and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair gaming equipment and related components; support safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors; adhere to safety standards and PGCB rules.
• Complete paperwork per PGCB and Wind Creek standards; ensure compliance with gambling regulations.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must meet physical requirements and be able to lift 50 pounds; work varied shifts.
