Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Technician - Maintenance II to perform general maintenance, carpentry and painting across the property. Duties include timely shift arrival, accurate recording of assignments in Facilities Dude, and hands-on upkeep in casino, retail, restaurants and back-of-house areas.

The role requires 2–4 years in facilities/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with hand and power tools, drywall, painting, and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, drywall and millwork.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain PA Gaming Control Board license if required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Record assignments and completion including time spent in Facilities Dude.
• Perform daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint and furniture across property.
• Repaint curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs.
• Maintain finishes on fences, light standards and canopies at parking garage.
• Repair and repaint exterior structures and doors.
• Perform construction tasks from framing to millwork; hang drywall and install wall coverings.
• Handle remodeling and preventative maintenance programs property-wide.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste; maintain MSDS book.
• Inspect and repair gaming-related equipment; work with PGCB and other departments.
• Follow safety standards and internal controls; complete paperwork per Wind Creek standards.
