Wind Creek Hospitality in Montgomery, Alabama seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair on building systems and equipment. This journeyman-level position shifts 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with schedule changes based on business needs.

The candidate will repair, test, and calibrate heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems, document maintenance tasks, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three (3) years general commercial property maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
• Inspects and tests system to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Responds to emergencies as required and trained.
