Job summary

American Construction Materials (ACM), a strategic business unit of ABC Supply, seeks an experienced Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. You will be the liaison between ACM and customers, handling orders, credits, and service issues in a 100% manufacturing environment in Beloit, WI.

Responsibilities include recording orders in JDE ERP, improving on-time delivery, and supporting stocking programs while maintaining strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous sales and/or customer service, including an understanding of manufacturing and purchasing lead times, is preferred.
• Ability to read prints and interpret drawings.
• Previous ERP experience is preferred, specifically JDE.
• Ability to multitask and analyze quickly.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recording sales orders via JDE ERP systems.
• Initiating credit requests.
• Managing projects as needed to improve the profitability of the company.
• Maximizing on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handling calls and customer service issues.
• Assisting in developing stocking programs.
