Job summary

Configure is hiring an Hourly Associate for a first shift position in the United States. The role involves operating injection molding machines to produce quality products, with a 7am–7pm Day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).

Starting pay is $20/hr with increases every 6 months. Responsibilities include maintaining production standards, performing visual inspections, deburring and cleaning, packing, and reporting production data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of standing.
• Ability to perform basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality products within production standards.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure defect-free output.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard.
• Maintain workspace and equipment in orderly condition.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at shift end.
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information and with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
