Job summary

Configure is hiring for an Hourly Associate on the 2nd shift at our Ada, OH location. You must be available Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This is a permanent shift with scheduled pay increases every six months and reliable attendance is required.

The role involves operating injection molding machines to produce quality products. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand for long periods, basic math skills, and the capacity to lift heavy items as

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and lift heavy boxes on a regular basis.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection for defects.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Inspect and pack product per standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts.
• Communicate with previous shift for key information.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
