Job summary

Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company in Findlay, Ohio, is hiring a Day shift Hourly Associate in Lima, OH. You will operate injection molding machines, maintain quality, and report production metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20/hour with semi-annual increases, and the role offers benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work 7am–7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail required.
• Must multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Occasional heavy lifting and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure defect-free output.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at shift end.
• Communicate with previous shift for important job info.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
