Job summary

Configure is seeking an Hourly Associate at our North Baltimore, OH facility to run injection molding machines and produce quality parts for end customers, meeting production standards and safety guidelines. This is a permanent 1st shift role (7am–7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule).

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with pay increases every 6 months based on attendance and performance. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, ability to perform repetitive work, basic math, attention to detail,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts.
• Maintain production efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection for defects.
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts.
• Communicate with previous shift and team leaders when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
