Job summary

Configure is hiring hourly associates for Day shift (7am–7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off. This is a permanent 1st shift role requiring reliable transportation and strong attendance at prior jobs. Starting pay is $20/hr with increases every 6 months.

Limited positions available and overtime may be required. The role involves operating injection molding machines to produce quality products, inspecting items, deburring and packing to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with long periods of standing.
• Basic math skills required.
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run injection molding machines to produce quality products.
• Inspect and sort items, inspect and pack products to standards.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts.
