Job summary

Mum Industries Inc. is seeking a night-shift lead supervisor to oversee injection molding operations. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 pm to 5:00 am.

Pay starts between $24.00/hr and $26.00/hr, based on experience. You will train new operators and set up machines, ensuring programs and print revisions are loaded correctly. You will control work orders by priority, manage changeovers, and keep material readiness on track.

Qualifications

• Prior lead supervisor or lead experience.
• Prior experience using an ERP system.
• Prior experience working night shift.
• Prior experience with manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Train new operators and set-up operators.
• Set up machines and change programs; complete changeover sheets.
• Ensure material availability and correct based on work orders.
• Lead and supervise night shift; manage priorities and 5S.
• Audit daily checklists and maintain 5S and cleanliness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
