Job summary

Configure is hiring an Hourly Associate to operate injection molding machines on the Night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay is $20/hr with increases every 6 months. Overtime may be required and reliable attendance is essential.

This is a permanent third shift position with no opportunity to switch shifts. The role entails inspecting, deburring, and packing products, maintaining clean work areas, and reporting production data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance at previous jobs.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts.
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort visually for defects.
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to standard.
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard.
• Maintain work area and equipment in orderly condition.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts.
• Communicate with previous shift for key information.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and supervisors on issues.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
