Job summary

Kreate in Lima, OH is hiring hourly associates for the 7pm–7am, 2-2-3 schedule. This is a permanent 3rd shift role with no move to other shifts; reliable transportation and good attendance are required.

You will run various injection molding machines, maintain efficiency, perform visual inspections, deburring and cleaning, and package finished products to meet standards. The position offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match after probation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Attention to detail is essential for quality.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple lines/job duties.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with others.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure defect-free product.
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet standards.
• Inspect and pack product according to the standard.
• Maintain work area and equipment, keeping it orderly.
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at shift end.
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when issues arise.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
