Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out duties, entering charges, collecting deductibles and coinsurances, posting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Answering telephone, registering new patients and making appointments.
• Maintain high level of customer service and accuracy; assist patients with questions and requests.
• Communicate proactively with patients and coworkers to ensure smooth patient flow.
