Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems, Inc. is seeking a Central Station Dispatcher for the day shift to serve as the initial contact for dispatching emergency and non-emergency resources.

You will manage incident information flow and communicate with subscribers, agencies, and alarm companies using approved scripts and tools. The role requires handling alarms with priority, operating DICE/Immix/Frontel systems, and inputting/updating account data.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources requiring dispatch of emergency and/or non-emergency resources.
• Process alarms with priority handling according to policy and procedures.
• Enter, update, and monitor incident status via DICE, Immix by SureView or Frontel.
• Communicate necessary information to subscribers, emergency agencies, and alarm companies with approved script.
• Input basic accounts in DICE and interpret verbal/written instructions for data changes.
• Maintain account paperwork and follow filing/scanning procedures.
• Operate phone equipment with proper etiquette and forwarding as required.
• Assist subscribers with basic questions using DICE or Tech Help and download panels when requested.
• Exhibit professional behavior and represent All-Guard/Grand Central Station positively.
• Maintain open communication with management regarding training, morale, and issues.
• Meet all deadlines as assigned.
