Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems, Inc. is seeking a Central Station Dispatcher for the swing shift (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) to be the first contact for dispatching emergency and non-emergency resources.

The role reports to the Central Station Manager and Shift Supervisor and ensures timely, accurate flow of incident information between subscribers and responders. Duties include receiving alarms, prioritizing events, entering data into DICE and Immix by SureView or Frontel, and communicating clearly by phone

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work varying shifts including day, swing, graveyard and overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources requiring dispatch of emergency and/or non-emergency resources.
• Process alarms and prioritize alarms according to policy.
• Enter, update, and monitor incident status in DICE and Immix by SureView or Frontel.
• Communicate information to subscribers, emergency agencies, and alarm companies with clear scripts.
• Input and interpret basic account data in the dispatch system.
• Maintain filing or scanning of account paperwork.
