Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems, Inc. seeks a Central Station Dispatcher for grave shift (9:30 pm–6:00 am) on a part-time basis in Livermore, CA.

You will be the initial contact for dispatching emergency and non-emergency resources and manage incident information flow with subscribers and agencies. You will process alarms via DICE/Immix by SureView/Frontel, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain professional communication under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources requiring dispatch of emergency and/or non‑emergency resources.
• Process alarms with priority according to policy.
• Enter, update, and monitor incidents via DICE/Immix by SureView/Frontel.
• Communicate information to subscribers, emergency agencies, and alarm companies.
• Input basic, uncomplicated accounts into DICE.
• Receive and interpret instructions to create new accounts and update data.
• Understand and operate DICE alarm monitoring software as needed.
• Maintain filing or scanning of account paperwork.
• Use phone equipment professionally and transfer calls as required.
• Assist subscribers with basic technical questions using DICE or Tech Help.
• Maintain professional behavior and positive company image.
• Communicate with management regarding training and morale.
• Meet all deadlines as assigned.
