Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources and dispatch resources accordingly.
• Process alarms and prioritize high-priority events per policy.
• Enter and monitor incident data in DICE, Immix by SureView or Frontel.
• Communicate information to subscribers, emergency agencies, and alarm companies clearly and professionally.
• Input or update account data as required in the system.
