Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Project Manager for the Day Shift of the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT). The role leads a dedicated crisis outreach group and collaborates with law enforcement, EMS, and hospital staff to coordinate timely responses.

The position requires a Master’s in social work or psychology, plus supervisory experience and a WA driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting individuals in crisis and homelessness services.

Qualifications

  • Licensed AAC credential or superseding credential per RCW 71.05.020 to act as a Mental Health Professional.
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field.
  • Two or more years' experience in community-based behavioral health services.
  • One or more years' supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Washington State Criminal background check.
  • Knowledge of Recovery Principles and Crisis Intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day shift operations of the MRRCT in coordination with other shifts.
  • Manage 24/7 scheduling and staffing for MRRCT services.
  • Provide routine administrative and clinical supervision of three Clinical Shift Supervisors.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, EMS, hospital staff and crisis partners for crisis response.
