Job summary

Good Samaritan - Woodland Brainerd is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will perform daily living activities, document vitals and care, and assist with meals under RN supervision, ensuring infection control and safety protocols.

The role requires CNA certification with Minnesota Board and is accompanied by shift incentives and weekend premiums. Training and competency testing are provided by the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification or be in process within four months.
• Minimum age 16.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Willing to complete competency testing and continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care per care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals.
• Document interactions and report changes to RN.
• Maintain infection control and PPE usage as required.
