Job summary

Keys to Change is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to provide direct service to individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach and engagement. You will connect clients with permanent housing, health services, and essential resources to end homelessness in Maricopa County.

You will collaborate with SOS and shelter staff to guide clients through campus services, participate in Coordinated Entry, and maintain HMIS records with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and treat clients with respect.
• Ability to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
• Effective communication with clients, staff, and external contacts.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach and engagement.
• Connect clients to permanent housing and health services.
• Guide clients through campus services with SOS & shelter staff.
• Participate in weekly Coordinated Entry Case Conferencing.
• Maintain organized work area and document interactions in HMIS.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
