Job summary

Keys to Change in Phoenix seeks an Outdoor Engagement Specialist I to provide direct service to individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach and engagement. You will connect clients to permanent housing, health services, and other resources to end homelessness.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Spanish language skills are a plus; valid driver’s license and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year relevant employment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of homeless resources and ability to work with diverse needs.
• Clear communication and teamwork; ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
• Maintain organized work area and participate in trainings.
• Monitor charging station day room operations and front desk duties.
• Engage clients with a welcoming attitude and update resources regularly.
