Job summary

CP Unlimited is seeking a supervisory professional to support Residential Coordinators in ensuring safe, person-centered care for residents. You’ll help train direct care staff, monitor performance, and coordinate program plans to promote independence and inclusion.

The role includes onboarding new staff, maintaining staffing for day shifts, and ensuring safety compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success in a fast-paced residential setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Human Services or related field or 3–5 years experience in ID/DD field in lieu of formal education.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA and ICF regulations preferred.
• Must be able to work a 6:00am–2:00pm shift daily and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all day Direct Care staff and daily routines of the day shift.
• Monitor time and attendance records for day shift staff.
• Interview, hire, evaluate, supervise, and discipline day shift staff; conduct meetings and documentation.
