• STNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient activity and confidentiality of records.
• Document patient information.
• Ensure patients attend scheduled activities.
• Provide help during emergencies.
• Build positive relationships with staff.
• Provide daily reports to management.
• Transport clients as necessary.
• Assist with safety and fire drills as needed.
