Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR and de-escalation certification.
• One year of experience as a behavioral health technician preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Observe patients' behavior and mental status; notify RN of changes.
• Conduct 15-minute observation rounds and document findings.
• Assist with therapeutic groups and orientation of new staff.
