Sojourn at Seneca Behavioral Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to help create a safe, therapeutic environment and support clients on their path to wellness. You will join a dedicated team focused on compassionate care.

Responsibilities include intakes, client orientation, role-modeling, safe transport, and assisting with the 12 Step Program, with flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, per diem). A sign-on bonus may be available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes, welcoming new clients.
• Orient new clients to the facility and residential areas.
• Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring wellbeing and safety.
• Transport clients to appointments, ensuring safe, timely arrival.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle new challenges.
• Support clients in the 12 Step Program.
• Perform room and bag searches as needed.
