Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
• BLS Certification
• CNA license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide or assist with patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities
• Report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
