Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or RN and one year supervisory experience in the field; or an Associate’s Degree with two years supervisory experience; or five years of related population experience with two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement program goals with the Day Services Team Leader.
• Provide supervision and coaching to Direct Support Professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date program records and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and co-facilitate staff meetings and staff development.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper reporting of incidents and training.
