Job summary

Access, Inc. in New York is seeking a Day Services Supervisor to lead programming for individuals receiving services, ensure person-centered supports, community integration, and compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.

Reporting to the Day Services Team Leader, you will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate schedules, attend Life Plan meetings, maintain records, and support staff development. On-site, Mon-Fri, 10am–7pm, 40 hours weekly, $26.00/hr, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or RN with supervisory experience in the field.
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years supervisory experience.
• 5 years experience with the related population and 2 years supervisory preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centered programs aligned with outcomes.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and provide coaching.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and comply with policies.
• Attend Life Plan and team meetings and document minutes.
• Coordinate staffing and provide coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols.
