Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Shared Day Habilitation Assistants, including mentoring, training, evaluations, and staff meetings.
• Provide 1:1 supervisions monthly with each SDHA and document progress in Day Force system.
• Demonstrate leadership and foster a positive team dynamic across sites.
• Assist in developing Staff Action Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans.
• Maintain inventory and manage daily program schedules and transportation.
