Job summary

MAB Community Services is seeking a Program Specialist for our Allston day program. You will implement instructional activities and provide essential support to participants, helping them maximize personal growth and community involvement.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals using program vehicles are required. Enjoy a stable 8:00am–4:00pm schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals using program vehicles and wheelchair vans.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to person-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services and support self-advocacy efforts.
• Prepare and accompany individuals to work experiences and community meetings.
• Use various curricula and assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Support participants in daily activities, ensuring their health, safety, and personal preferences are prioritized.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor.
