MAB Community Services is seeking a Program Specialist for its Allston day program. You will implement instructional activities and provide essential support to participants, helping them maximize personal growth and community involvement.

You will advocate for self-determination, foster independence, and coordinate with team members to provide enriching daytime activities in a supportive setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport individuals using program vehicles and wheelchair vans.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to person-centered practices.
