Job summary

MAB Community Services is seeking a Day & Employment Relief Specialist to provide flexible support across adult day and employment programs in Allston, MA. You will help build skills, independence, and meaningful connections while working with a supportive team in varied environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or HiSet, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive between sites. MAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications are supported by the agency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or HiSet required; related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and flexible, team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between program sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support across multiple ADS programs.
• Assist with daily activities, community participation, and job-related skills.
• Support at job sites, volunteer placements, and community outings.
• Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and positive work habits.
• Complete basic documentation and communicate with team members.
• Provide transportation to program and community activities.
