Job summary

The Arc - Jefferson & St. Lawrence in Watertown, NY seeks a frontline supervisor for Direct Support Professional staff within the Day Habilitation program. You will oversee daily operations, supervise DSPs, and ensure thorough documentation and paperwork are completed for Persons We Support.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluations, program compliance, and collaboration with the Habilitation Program Coordinator to meet regulatory standards and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year DSP experience preferred.
• High school diploma with 2 years DSP experience required.
• Valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline supervisor to Direct Support Professional staff.
• Provide daily supervision and oversee day program operations.
• Spend most hours in direct interaction with People We Support.
• Ensure timely completion of Therap documentation and paperwork.
• Assist in training and supervising DSP staff for compliance.
• Support agency goals and PRIDE values.
• Maintain relationships with the support team and families.
• Monitor program compliance with regulations and Medicaid standards.
