Job summary

The Arc Ontario in Canandaigua, NY seeks a Program Supervisor for Community Habilitation. This full-time role oversees daily program site operations, trains DSPs, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance and meaningful habilitation services promoting independence and community participation.

You will supervise staff, support individuals with skill development, plan community activities, and maintain safe environments while collaborating with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and over one year relevant experience or equivalent.
• Field-specific experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to newly hired DSPs and coaches staff as needed.
• Ensures staffing schedules meet individuals' needs and safeguard requirements.
• Supports individuals with community outings, skill development, and daily routines.
