Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years in human services.
• Prefer experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience a plus.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Current certifications such as AMAP, SCIP-R, First Aid/CPR are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and support to staff and individuals in a day program environment.
• Lead advocacy, training, and facilitation of team meetings; model professional behavior at all times.
• Promote independence, personal choice, productivity, community inclusion, safety and well-being.
