The Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence is seeking a frontline supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professional staff in the day habilitation program.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure Therap documentation, and support staff under the Habilitation Program Coordinator. You will spend most time in direct contact with Persons We Support, assisting in ISP program implementation and ensuring Medicaid waiver compliance.

Formación

• Associate Degree or equivalent with 1 year experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Valid NYS driver license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Direct Support Professional staff in the assigned program area.
• Ensure timely Therap documentation and paperwork for Persons We Support.
• Assist with interviewing and training DSP staff under the Habilitation Program Coordinator.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid waiver standards and agency policies.
• Schedule staff meetings at least twice per month and document minutes.
