Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Classroom Aide/Driver 3 to transport individuals to and from day service programs. The role includes developing and supervising training plans tailored to each person’s needs, with case management of designated individuals and participation in general duties.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (40 hours). You will maintain medical data, attendance, and trip route sheets, and ensure all occupants wear seatbelts while driving a 12-passenger or accessible van.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 20.5 years of age or older with 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid MA driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals safely to and from day service programs as the Driver.
• Develop, implement, and supervise training within individual day service plans.
• Maintain data collection, medical data, and target behavior documentation.
• Follow maintenance and safety protocols for vehicles and routes.
• Complete administrative duties and participate in required meetings.
