Job summary

Bridgewell in Lynn, MA is seeking a Classroom Aide 3 to provide one-to-one support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in daily living activities. This role requires patience, reliability, and a commitment to person-centered care.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm, 35 hours per week. The position emphasizes data collection, documentation, and collaboration with the Day Services team, with opportunities for training, certification maintenance, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of normalization, behavior management, and human rights.
• Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with and train individuals on specific Day Services Plan objectives.
• Record data for each individual's goals and progress.
• Document medical data or target behaviors daily.
• Participate in program operations: arrivals, breaks, meals, departures.
• Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Protect rights and confidentiality of individuals.
• Complete assigned administrative duties.
• Attend required meetings and maintain certifications (FA/CPR, PABC).
• Other duties as assigned.
